I agree with Dkutin and kawie...The post was necessary... Not to immediately discredit the shop nunyo , even though i understand the way you would have attempted to handle the situation , but to make people more aware that specialty shops are run by people and people arent perfect.... I run an Auto shop... Communication is of the up most importance in any shop...I feel that the owner of RTM needs to re evaluate his staffing and make some more stern shop guidlines... I dont feel that this thread should deter anyone from using RTM , but as it was said earlier... even though no one got hurt , they very possibly could have...Having never used RTM , i have nothing positive nor negative to say except to comment on everything thats already been said.... Use what ever shop you choose.... and dont ever say any shop is perfect... cycle springs blew a motor in one of their own employees bikes that was in for service... power sports jammed the wrong keys into a couple gsxrs getting them to start but their riders couldnt get the keys out when they got home...
