Ive had quite a few of those experiences, Namely, Buy.com, (took them 2 months to return me my money after I sent them back their Router) and testpipe.com, (Badly welded testpipe and a lady who couldnt speak english to save her life on the phone). Same EXACT experience. Lady couldn't speak english, sloppy welds, tube too long, flanges too large on one side, too small on the other. Shittiest test pipe I ever saw. It's not god damned rocket science, just cut tubing to length and weld on a flange. Fuckin' idiots.
