Sorry about the long time since Ive posted i just got back in to town. Turns out I've been using the continuity setting to get the 27 "volts" So thats embarrasing. Anyways using the correct setting I get only 10 volts, Is that to low to start the car? If I can find my jumper cables I will try to jump it. and I will be back in 30 with a conclusion if I found them. I also checked the wire on the starter the makes it engage, its giving power when you turn the key (sorry dont know the name of it I beleive it comes from the ignition) so that rules out the ignition. I see the clutch depression "button" How would I check if its working? and if the wire I just checked is giving the started power the the key is turned, doesnt that rule out the safety nuetral switch and the clutch "button" ?
