a respectable shop would never need a "CHANCE" to redeem themselves....shop to owner talks should have been made...i.e. you need a new gasket would u like for us to get it or would u like to get it...but no there was no communiction from the shop from what i gather....pretty shitty deal going on here somebody got shafted and as stated i appreciate the heads up for a shitty shop....but on the other hand i do all my own work and would never trust any shop with my bike...but im one of the few that do that anymore...so in another look its kinda the risk you take when u cant do it yourself....best of luck to you man...hope they take care of you and your sitution...
