Even if they repair everything good as new I am glad he posted his situation to warn the rest of us... It is hard enough to find places that will not screw you over, feedback from other patrons is the best weapon customers have in insuring quality work. If the business in question didn't want bad publicity they should not have screwed over their customer. How hard would it have been to tell him the problems they ran into along the way and the current state of his bike? They tried to let it slide by and even charged him extra!
