I've had a car vandalized in the past when I was living in off-campus apartments at USF (Wonderful Cypress Run for those in the know), it's a feeling like none other when you come out in the morning and see your car in that state. I would chain the guy's ankle to one of the wheels after a brutal beating and leave him for the owner if I ever saw someone doing that to any car.
