dude i dont know where you are have been hiding but a fully modded out civic is not going to run 14's. They are in the 8's now and im not talking about the 1/8mile either. Most on the street are ricers i hate driving my civic sometimes due to that fact. Doesnt matter to me im going on to bigger and better things.
