basically, the fan does not come on...... u can put direct power to it and it goes on. but if you let it sit for a while it does not go on and it gets hot. tried to bleed it but when i did, there was no overheating, as in i took the cap off and ran the car. no overheating. then i put the cap back on and in like 15 mins it was creeping up again.......
