Your starter isn't even engaging, thus the car not even cranking. If either of the relays on the firewall (ASD and fuel pump) weren't working, the car would crank and crank but not start. I bet if you jumped the battery power terminals and ground on the starter, it would fire right up. If that's the case, then you simply need to track down the open in your starter circuit. Are you sure all of the fuses and fusible links are good? Did you simply look at them, or did you verify their condition with a multimeter?

EDIT: If you have a dmm, then it's very easy to figure this out. First thing I would do is check if you have 12v at the starter power wire from the battery. Verify the ground is secure as well as the signal connection that might have popped off or loose.
