This thing has many names for whatever reason.

It clamps into the front side (inlet side) of the turbo. It is supposed to smooth out the incoming air but if you use it you can not run a air filter.

This will fit a 78mm - 88mm turbo from what Precision tells me. It fit well on my 82mm. It came with mine when I purchased it.

I can not find a link to it but it is a nicely machined billet piece of aluminum.
