it's stupid to race your car ONLY in quarter mile races and think your car is the shit.
If your street car is deeeep in the 10's, it is the shit.
OK you can mash the gas pedal for a few moments and shift well, big freakin deal.
Like I said, you have never driven anything remotely close to a fast car.
Where's the rest of your driving ability that involves more than just flying down a track in a straight line.
As that is a drag race, I did not expect a slalom to break out in the middle of it.
But if you want one, we can do that too.
LOGIC alone would suggest that racing a car on a track would make more sense if you're trying to say your car has good acceleration, handling etc. and is good ALL AROUND.
Logic suggest that if your car was built to accelerate, you may take it to a straight track. Logic suggest that if your car was built to corner, you may take it to a curvy one. FWIW, when I begin a sentence with the word 'Logic', much less in all caps, I try to at least follow it up with decent grammar.
Also when they test cars performance or not, do they not test them on a TRACK!!!
