it does matter, i bought one for the S, thinking its just a pipe. but, you get what you pay for. the hoses it came with had no adapters to hook it to the intake. the intake had 1 inch holes bored into it. so i was sitting there trying to rig something up so that all the lines will fit. i got pissed and sent it back. i paid 30 bucks for it sent to my door and got a credit of 40.11 somehow when i sent it back? after all the shit, you just wanna do it right. youll be more proud of yourself too!
