one speed of my AC fan is the only one that works. there's no low to high anymore. and then yesterday, my AC fan shut down completely for a couple minutes and then started back up to the one speed. I stopped by an AC place today and the guy said it was probably a fan switch but couldnt say for sure. they were busy and nobody was available to take a look at it. it blows cold air just fine when the fan is on. anyone have any idea?

if it helps, I got a flip out tv installed right around the same time frame. it was by a reputable shop in town so I'm pretty sure that's not the issue, but I'm not ruling out the possibility.
