consider price, PPG's are 4k plus installation, new clutch, flywheel, rear diff. unless you just love the 5 speed, i would consider purchasing a used sti. i found an 06 sti in tampa and the cost of the upgrade is going to be equal or less than the PPg's would have, excluding a small bump in insurance. just something to think about before you jump. although it looks like you can get 1k for a used tranny, id rather upgrade to an sti for 5k than get a new tranny for 4k.
