Comp G vs WRX
Well I hardly ever race, mostly cause I never drive the Grand Prix (2 years and 12,000 miles). But last night I get home from work, look around and it's clear, heck, I have to run to the airport and pick up a friend so I move the truck out of the way, fire up the GP and pull out. I cruise down 75 to 275 to 60/TIA. I wait there pick up my buddy and start heading home, 7 30 and getting dusk. I have the cruise set at 75 and passing fletcher, wide open roadway except a WRX in the middle lane, I move to the left to pass but he starts pacing me, bliping the throttle. My friend looks over and laugh. After all he's one guy and we're 200# ea plus about 100 lbs of luggage but have no fear, I speed up. He guns it and starts to go, oh crap I think I better get out of overdrive. As I downshift to 2nd he hears the wine of the eaton M90 screaming and realizes maybe I shouldn't have picked this fight. here comes 95, I'm about a car, maybe a car and 1/2 out, 130 we're talking bus lengths. I shut it down and he pulls up to me, gives me a look and guns it again with the same results. Third time, it's just a thumbs up and he pulls in behind me. So MR. WRX good death to you and thanks for the run.
