if your a do it youselfer then it seems as though AMS has some pretty good stuff.
if ur a do it ur selfer then u can get their advanced rebuilt kit wich is around 1700 or u can buy a fullybuilt short block for 2300 ready to go..all u need to do is throw ur head on it and ur good to go...or around 4000 i think it is u can get the fully built bottomend and head together
