mondays are normally have less people, but during the summer you wont see 150 out for Sat and Sun then figure 1/3 will be there for Monday, you might get that during the winter months but right now, you get maybe 30-45 total riders on a weekend (unless its a holiday)
Its just an excuse that people use, deep down the see its only $99 and they think they are saving something.

disclaimer: I sell used tires (take-offs), these tires have been used at Jennings, Homestead, etc. (road courses for those that dont know) therefor these tires are more used up on the sides than in the middle,
