any 96-00 civic parts are interchangeable as far as interior and exterior. Suspension is all the same for 94-01 integra and 92-00 civics. exhaust might depend on the year and model, all 96-00 civic clusters are plug and play. all 96-00 civic seats are interchangeable (you can put integra seats but I beleive 1 bolt will not line up for the front seats.). I beleive your car is OBD 2 unless the motor or the wiring has been swapped and changed. To do the 99-00 SI front you need the fenders, hood, bumper, and the headlights. And the tail lights off a 99 civic hatch will fit yours perfect. Hope this helps. And if I am wrong on something please correct me anyone.
