Your intake manifold really should not have to do anything with what map sensor your running.

You can run a stock throttlebody with a stock map sensor on a victorx manifold such as the one you have.

If you have a aftermarket throttlebody that does not have provisions for a factory map sensor, you can simply run a vacuum line from the intake manifold to the map sensor and mount it on the firewall.
