Everything is essentially connected... the main problem is the two different style of fuses. I.e Old 84 wiring harness uses an individual pin for each wire, hard wired into the back of the fuse box, and the "newer" 89 jetta harness of using with the 16v has the pins going into switches, which then go into the back of the fuse panel... So right now I have both fuse boxes...

I've been posting at vwvortex for along time now, what I think I need is some practical help from someone who has done this before hands on... I know it won't take much to get this thing going, no more than 1-2 days tops.
