No we would have been blaming the cop if the cop hit that car. Of course everyone else would say it was the bikes fault since he ran and the cop wouldn't have hit the car if he didn't have to give chase and the bike had pulled over. Either way it's always the bikers fault in any situation, girl gets raped....it's the biker.....kids getting into trouble.....he's hanging out with the biker.....daughter pregnant....it's the biker....okay well the last one might be justified
