70 mustang with 302 was easiest i've had, and all you needed to work on it was a screw driver, a 9/16s ratchet, and a hammer.
300zx, and the integra are a different story.
and just because they can, ford put a transverse 2.5 v6 into a compact sedan (contour) using metric and english tools, complete nightmare to work on. had to pull upper intake mani, dust sheilds, smog controls, tb, intake pipe, cruise control, etc... just to change the plugs...
