Gee Jake, maybe when you swapped everything over, the water pump may have backed itself out like it did to me when I swapped the radiator. Try a new water pump unless you already got one. When I took the clutch fan off to swap radiators, the radiator fluid just started pouring out of the block from the water pump area. Swapped the water pump, and no problem.


But Honda boy could never be right, or even have a good suggestion, since he never did anything to his 240 right?
