As to the competency/qualifications of their attorneys, when I got a ticket for running a red light, and there was a crash and even a witness, the attorney got the case dismissed. I did not even have to show up in court.

No driving school, no fine, no cost of court, no points on my record and no insurance increase.........and I paid NOTHING, except the $16/month.
As long as I make the payment each month, they don't charge me anything for traffic ticket representations, and don't charge me anything for legal consultations.

I wish I had it years ago, back when I was a teenager.
