Ok, first of all from the clip she calls him sweetheart, he asks to be called doctor (since he is a doctor) and she tells him that he has to earn that kind of respect.

He was only rude to this point, I suppose, by asking her to call him doctor and not sweetheart?

She is a hypocrit because he has earned the respect by going to medical school and becoming a doctor, yet she refuses to call him by that prefix. She, however, believes that she deserves respect for basically the same reason.

Please correct em if I am wrong......but that is the "Woman Bias" as you put it, which I was speaking of.
