It's doing it under load. Have someone sit in the car and have it in neutral and have them hold the gas around 1,500rpms to see if it does any sort of sound and look around the hood. If that car was outside during this storm we had then I'm almost sure its the tensioner pulley. Any bad rain storm/moisture in the air will cause the tensioner pulley on 420a to start making screeching noises and it will not go away... there's temp fixes but it will come back 2x worst. Just let us know. Could be the input shaft bearing on the transmission, could be the throw out bearing, or like I've been saying the tensioner pulley for the PS/AC. Turn on the A/C see if it does the noise. I'm just trying to help.
