thanks everyone, i actualy got it done, at first i thought it was going to be a bitch because of the kind of radio it is, but actually it was a breeze, wiring the car was the the easiest, wiring the LOC was probably the trickiest.

after reading the manual for a sec it all turned easy, i simply spliced the remote wire to the bose amp. and disconected the neg and pos from the stock subwoofer and pluged that into a fully adjustable LOC. It sounds great and i'm shocked at how simple it was w/ just doing a little research...
