It would cost a lot.
It would be easier if you can find a junked Gen2 5 speed that you could part out and use the parts in your car.

5 speed Tranny
Clutch
flywheel
center counsel for 5 speed
shift linkage
ECU
Wire harness
Master Cylinder
clutch and brake pedals
Misc. bolts, nuts, and brackets.

Probably around $1500+ not including Labor.
