Got this off a motor I did for someone and the guy had no information about it cause he bought the motor with this girdle on it so I have absolutly no information about it. I have no idea what brand it is.

But it came off a 302 block has been mofied to what I believe was for making room for the stock oil pump pick up. I know for a fact it has ARP studs and hardware cause it was stamped onto the block. But for what ever reason on stud was missing and had a bolt in it. You should be able to get one stud from ARP to replace that missing stud.
