I know you want a shop, but i would suggest calling around and finding a place that would machine the rotors. I only paid 45 bucks for all four and it was actually a pretty good job, but that was over here in St. pete. As long as the calipers are good, I would just get the better advance auto brake pads. ( can't remember if it is lifetime, or 2 years..) those pads aren't bad. With the new pads and machined rotors, you'll basically stop as good as the stock set up will allow. If you find a good shop, you should only spend like 80 to 100 bucks for the whole project. then you would know that it was done right and complete. other than that, any shop is gonna do about the same... just brakes sounds like a good deal, i've never looked into it though.
Other than your performance shops like XAT, I can't think of anyone that works at a shop. maybe someone will turn up....
