Yes, it is that dangerous. It's what landed my ex in the hosp practically dead. He was not a beginner when it happened. The punishment is what it is because most of the time these stunts are being done riding down public roads, not only endangering urself but others as well. The law is protecting the people who don't have control over what dumb ass decision you make. I'm not bashing stunting I think it's a great skill, but in a split second especially doin a wheelie at 70mph down 275 (saw it last night), can be fatal 4 many. It's not fair to everybody else.

However, the cop had no right to touch dude's bike, regardless of the rider's offenses. I hope he is held responsible for damage. But he's a cop so..... not likely.
