if you have some sort of software where you can raise/lower pitch and add/remove effects, you will notice its a super gay laugh lol, and his head moves somewhat in the rearview mirror so you can see he laughed. Oh and listen to the passing cars at the intersections. They sound high pitched and flanged somewhat.
