The first looks very similiar to the SSAC kit I just installed. The only thing I see different is the BOV flange may need to be welded on which is something I didn't want to have to worry about. That seems like a pain.

I would do a search on NASIOC for SSAC FMIC in the Private Classifieds Section. I just bought mine brand new for $325 shipped off of there.
