up untill lately i thought that the honda tech was the most

yes you can pull power out of a single cam
boost the bitch or put the bastard on the bottle till y ablow it up
othere wise just get all the bolt ons / internals you can buy
drop wieght rotating mass etc........

its basically the same with a b series engine but with a b you have options for higher displacement which produces more tq
theres a greater aftermarket for it of course but theres the big up front price as well for it
in the end its a personal prefference
