hmm.. depending on the maount of traffic.. you could run a small Redhat 8.0 server on Roadrunner Business Class cable.

However I would suggest possibly a server co-located if you want something faster and more stabel. We just so happen to have the old TR box refurbished and ready for sale.. PM me if you want details..
