not hard at all. get the 5spd tranny from any car that came with a 5M or 7M (mk2 celicasupra/mkIII supra) along with the pedal assm, hardlines, slave and clutch cylinders, clutch flywheel and pressure plate, bearings, shifter, drive shaft, clutch fork and 5spd engine ecu. youll need to wire up the reverse light of you want. if you can simply find the whole car at a junk yard your set.

if you can replace a clutch and master cylinder then you should have enough knowledge to do this.
