I have had both Neuspeed "Race" springs, and H&R springs on my cars... The Neuspeed springs where good on my stock shocks. The H&R's are with Tokico 5 way adjustible shocks. Resonally, I like the H&R's better, maybe it is beause of the Tokicos. What kind of car do you have? I might be getting rid of my H&R's.
