if you look in your side bar next to the posts you make, under the icon that says gallery, ther are 3 symbols. The middle one looks like an old scale, and if you click on it, a box will come up. If you approve, it is positive rep, if you disagree, it is negative, you can also leave a comment, and if you click on usercp, iyt will show you the good and bad rep you have recieved....watch, click on usercp at the top of your screen...
