Are you gonna race it or put in a headlight?

Correct me if I'm wrong guy's, but that bike wouldn't be street legal right? Being that it has no headlight and no turn signals.

Looks like a nice bike, but I'm not too crazy about the blue...polish that shiznit, and it would be rockin'!
