Yea i agree, only problem is that he had no insurance on file, i have his name and address, and apparently the trooper was going to his house when he left, but i do not know what ever came of it, and all i have is a Printout of driver exchange of info that has his name, and address, as well as all my info, and the people who stoped. So at this point i dont know if he even has insurance, and i do not have a direct contact number for the trooper. So im kinda lost as what to do at this point.
