i searched other overheating threads and couldnt find similar thread..

i just finished my ls/vtec.. runs strong pulls and vtec works great..

have no oil leaks and no coolant leaks. only 1 fan kicks on, cuz i removed AC

problem is after running for 30 mins or , the overfill coolant tank starts BOILING and smoking.. but the temp gauge still shows little below half..

so it seems that the engine is not overheating, but it boils the coolant/water in the overfill..

could this be from routing the flow of coolant wrong.. i ran new water hoses from intake to block and back, but im not sure the there routed correctly...
