Why are you going to get a filter? You dont have that many miles on your bike. Tim swapped his dirty, 15K mile stock filter for a K&N and didnt even gain 1hp. That was done on the same day, the bike wasnt even taken off of the dyno.
IMO, you should go with the Akra but I'm biased
