a 240 that didn't come with PW/PL doesn't have the same strand of wires coming out of the door as the one with them. You'd have better luck just swapping the whole door. But then you'd still have to change that harness that is routed under the dash. But who really wants to do that. That guy up top actually has a good idea. Just go to a shop and pay someone else to put in some aftermarket. Yeah it may not look stock but who cares. We're all about modifying our cars anyway. Hell, do something funny and have em wire the switches in with heater so everytime you crank the heat up it winds your windows down. Be creative.
