A little late but I would recommend GEM (Golden Eagle Mfg). I have spoken to Vince from GEM since mid December and he has answered all my questions. My B16a block has been there since February 11th I believe. They definitely have some good prices too. GEM offers a warranty on their work and sleeves. Shipping isn't too bad either. It costed me $34.66 to send my bare B16a block to California. Between the resleeving, decking, pistons replacement and rod replacements you will be able to handle quite a bit of boost Good luck.
