You don't need a turbo timer. The turbo is water cooled and does not require cool down time. It will not wear down prematurely from just shutting off immediately after a run.

BOVs are usually bad mods for WRXs. They leak, slow your spool, and causes a rich condition between shifts. Looks like you have an ebay TMIC and ebay BOV, which is 100% atmospheric...the worst kind of BOV. Youre also missing the air splitter under the hoodscoop. Without it the air is not being pushed evenly through your IC, but just passing over it.

The intake also hurts the performance of the car unless specifically tuned for it. Your car is equipped with a MAF, when you put the intake on it gets the ecu all confused on how much air is going in. It looks like you have a CAI on there, can't really tell but I also don't see the stock intake box.

Not trying to rain on your parade, just giving you some pointers on how to make your new Subaru run the way it should.
