like at one time, I forget what the specific word or phrase was, it was like, incompetence, or something, but if you googled it, it would take you to the White House home page...
I'm pretty sure if your talking about what i'm thinking. Asshats do that by searching for a word on specific site and then they gets thousands of hit on the link and it pushes it to the top so when you search for it, that site will come up. Or its something like that. Because the google search engine learns i guess.
