You will need to do the following:

Use the 95 civic wiring harness, extend some wires if needed (injector wires).
Change the plug on the civic harness so that it has an obd0 alternator plug or get an obd1 alternator.

Concerning injectors, run obd1 sohc/dohc 240cc high impedance injectors so you dont have to wire in a resistor box.

If you only have the obd0 low impedance injectors, then wire in a resistor box to run those injectors.

You will need an obd1 distributor along with a 4 wire oxygen sensor if you want to use o2 feedback.
