dino, i got out as a Cpl, pay wasnt too bad, but wasnt where i needed to be. i make twice as much working for Progressive. plus i dont know about you, but i didnt really spend alot of time at home. mostly in the field monday to friday, you have to have a strong ass family to do that shit. which i have, i just dont want to drag my family through not seeing me, and moving them every couple of years. you cannot say that the Marine Corps hasnt ruined alot of families

i dont have a split personality, its just that i read one bad post, one good post, bad, good.

i read one and think your an asshole, read one and think your cool as hell war veteran with medal so high they go on your back! then read another and im back to thinkin other shit again. your changin your shit too much too.

and yes i did rag on the reservists
Yea, there are couple who haven't come forward, but like I said, I'm not one to wash the laundry in the front yard.

Yes, the Corps has torn many a family apart. It pretty much ruined my first marriage. Helped my second, but in the end, probably had a hand in the downfall of that one, too!

I did the same thing as you... read a good one, then a bad one, then a good one, then a bad one.

There's not an active duty guy alive who hasn't done it at least once! If/when I go into the reserves, I'm sure I'll get shit, too. It's the circle of life.

Oh, and yes, you are right... It is a page 11. I have ink on that page myself.
