yea, true. Just my experience with things like this. I work valet. One of our claims on the back of our tickets that we put into the cars say that if you drive off the lot it is out of our hands. You cannot come back and claim damage if you drive away. Now, if you think you have some good evidence the i guess it might work. Also, you must find the person whom told you that the manager wasnt there. It was actually there job to call and get the manager there. I wanna say good luck and i hope stuff works out.
