looks like the durations for the type r listed by Alpha were measured by a different standard, perhaps at .050, as they are a fair amount shorter on duration than even standard b16 cams.
Something to keep in mind, when looking at cam specs. Different manufacturers use different standards. Closed to closed, at 1mm open and .050. Makes a big difference in the numbers.
